Measuring Employee Satisfaction

We survey our people annually to gather their feedback on our culture and the work environment, and we take the feedback seriously - implementing actions to address areas of concern.

Social Club

Our Social Club is a committee run by our employees. Some of the benefits enjoyed by members include regular lunches, Christmas and fundraising events.  The Social Club also organises other social occasions such as bowling nights, bus trips and movie nights.
