Land Strategy 2011- 2015
(625 kb)
The Land Strategy is linked to Council’s Strategic Plan 2011–2015 and City Master Plan 2011–2040.
The Open Space Strategy which identifies areas that will be upgraded to meet community need is supported by the Land Strategy.
The City of Tea Tree Gully has about 600 parks and reserves that are used for a variety of recreation and leisure activities – twice as much open space as the average council in metropolitan Adelaide.
Our strategic approach will be to carefully guide the management of open space to provide a quality amenity that is well used and valued by the community and that balances broader community needs with those that are more localised in nature.
