Operating effectively

Acting in the best interest of both Council and community as a whole, this committee comprises four members, with two being external and independent to us.

The committee ensures Council operates effectively with all necessary internal controls. They make recommendations and provide advice and counsel to our management in respect of effective risk management.

All committees follow Council's rules of engagement and have adopted a standard style for Committee Agendas and Minutes. These details are provided within the current Committee Structure document.
