Users of the park must adhere to the rules which include: Flora: There are over 289 native South Australian species of flora (ranging from various Eucalyptus species to an array of native flowers). Fauna: The park supports many native birds and other fauna (ranging from a variety of reptiles to over 100 species of native birds). Bird species vary from the white-naped honey eater, the musk lorikeet to the Adelaide rosella. Historical Ruins: The historic 19th Century Tea Tree Gully Iron Mine is situated within Anstey Hill and ruins remain from the 'Old Newman's Nursery'. Tea Tree Gully Community Hall: Large function room, 150 people capacity. Suitable for meetings, regular activities and functions. Stage area, wooden flooring, kitchen, toilets / disabled toilets and access.
