St John Community Care Program

The City of Tea Tree Gully is pleased to support the St John Community Care Program Coordinator to work alongside other community services and programs offered.

The St John Community Care Program enlists the help of dedicated and caring volunteers recruited from within the local community who are happy to give their time to make a difference in someone else's life.

The St John Community Care Program is able to provide:

• Friendly visits for socially isolated elderly people and people with a disability
• Assistance with groceries and personal shopping
• Outings
• Appointments
• Flexible arrangements to suit both client and volunteer availability
• Services which are free to clients
• Reimbursement for volunteers to ensure there are no out-of-pocket expenses
• Services for residents of both the City of Tea Tree Gully and the City of Salisbury Local Government Areas
