Meeting Schedules

The meetings of Council and its committees are open to the public unless otherwise advised by Council or the relevant committee for particular subjects.

All committees follow Council's rules of engagement and have adopted a standard style for Committee Agendas and Minutes.

Council Meetings

Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month commencing at 7pm at the Civic Centre, 571 Montague Road Modbury.

Council Development Assessment Panel

Council Development Assessment Panel meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month commencing at 10am at the Civic Centre, 571 Montague Road Modbury.

CEO Performance Review & Recruitment Committee

The CEO Performance Review and Recruitment Committee meet annually at the Civic Centre, 571 Montague Road Modbury and as determined by members.

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every 2nd month commencing at 6.30pm at the Civic Centre, 571 Montague Rod Modbury.

Building Fire Safety Committee

The Building Fire Safety Committee meets at the Civic Centre, 571 Montague Road Modbury as required and determined by the Committee members.

Governance & Policy Committee

The Governance and Policy Committee meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every 2nd month commencing 6.30pm at the Civic Centre, 571 Montague Road Modbury.

Reconciliation Committee

The Reconciliation Committee meetings are held at least once every 4th calendar month or as determined by members.

Strategic Planning & Development Policy Committee

Strategic Planning & Development Policy Committee meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month commencing at 7pm at the Civic Centre, 571 Montague Road Modbury.
