Land Management Agreements (LMA’s) are a requirement registered against a Certificate of Title. LMA’s are most commonly used to control the way buildings or land may be used, guide the future development of land, or preserve particular attributes located on a property.
The lists below identify those properties affected by a LMA. However, it is important to note that the list below only relates to those LMA’s entered into by Council. You will need to view a copy of your Certificate of Title for any other LMA’s, encumbrances etc. which may affect your land.
A copy of the LMA can be obtained from Council’s Civic Centre, or the Lands Titles Office.
