Hire Community Halls and Reserves

The City of Tea Tree Gully has an array of excellent facilities available to the community for hire. These facilities range from club houses and community halls to reserves and recreation centres.

High Risk Casual Hire

Inline with Council policy if alcohol is served at events and is classified as a high risk event the hirer is required to:

• Obtain a liquor licence - click here for more information on how to obtain limited liquor licence
• Pay $1000 bond
• Two security guards on premises for duration of event.

The following can host high risk events:

• Golden Grove Arts Centre (Golden Grove)
• Greenwith Community Centre (Greenwith)
• John G Tilley Building (Surrey Downs)
• Lyons Road Community Building (Dernancourt)
• Wynn Vale Drive Community Building (Wynn Vale).
