Reserve, Oval and parklands:  Natural scenic reserve with creek and walking trail and Tails Trails dog exercise area.

Tails Trails is also used for dog obedience programmes (Wednesday nights 6:45pm-8:45pm).

Electric barbeques, picnic tables, toilets, drinking water for dogs, poopa bags and bins.

Bowling areas 4 Bowling greens; Floodlighting; Indoor bowling club; Vinyl tiles; 60-70 spectator seating.

Club House Large Function Room: Suitable for functions; Exclusively used by the Modbury Bowling Club; 250 people capacity.

Meeting room: Licensed bar; 24 people capacity; Fully equipped kitchen; Toilets / disabled access Change rooms.
