CEO Performance Review and Recruitment Committee

Being in touch with the local community means councils are well placed to understand views and needs, to influence the style of place the Council area will be. Our community expects a well performing council, who engages with our community and listens to the needs of the Mayor and Elected members alike.

Our CEO provides leadership and direction to meet objectives. This committee provides assistance to recruit Council's CEO and then monitors performance of the appointed person against key strategic and performance objectives.

Our current CEO is Di Rogowski.

All committees follow Council's rules of engagement and have adopted a standard style for Committee Agendas and Minutes. These details are provided within the current Committee Structure document.
