Crossing Places and Stormwater

Your driveway connection to the road and where this crossing place and/or stormwater pipe is requested in relation to an existing road and property boundary, fixed objects, structures and trees in proximity can cause issues. Therefore no person (other than the council or a person acting under some other statutory authority) can make an alteration to a public road unless authorised to do so by us.

Selected sites for crossing places must not obstruct vegetation, letterboxes, and fencing and the final designated location must not result in an obscured sight distance for motorists exiting any property.
