Golden Grove Dry Zone Evaluation The Golden Grove Dry Zone expires in September this year so and we needed to make a decision on the zone’s future. | Friday 19 April 2013 | Council endorsed an application be made to Consumer and Business Services requesting a five year extension of the Golden Grove until September 2018. |
The Golden Way - road (reserve) closure Council was proposing to conduct a Roads Opening & Closing (ROC) process for a portion of road reserve adjacent to The Golden Way that is classified as road. Maxlay Reserve, Wynn Vale & Modbury Heights Council was proposing to change the community land classification for a portion of Maxlay Reserve which is sited over The Golden Way. South Australian Railway Modellers Association Inc Council was seeking feedback from the community on a request from The South Australian Railway Modellers Association Inc to grant them a 10 year lease on Council property at 223 Lyons Road Dernancourt. | Friday 5 April 2013 | 10 year lease agreement approved by Council at its meeting on 12 May 2013. |
Live Life Modbury - draft structure plan Our community has told us the Modbury centre and surrounding area (the Modbury precinct) needs to be revitalised.
