Corporate Plan

The Corporate Plan is an internal document that provides a roadmap to guide Council staff over a three year period.

It enables us to track corporate performance against a business excellence framework – outlining the various plans and strategies required to achieve sustainable organisational excellence.

Key result areas for the framework include:

• Customers and Community
• Governance and Risk
• Finance and Systems
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement

The plan is a key source of information for business plans, budgets and staff performance plans and is the means to achieving business excellence.
