Ask a Librarian online is an email based reference service provided to you by the City of Tea Tree Gully Library.
Staff will endeavour to respond to your email query within 3 business days.
We will spend a maximum of 30 minutes on your query. Quick factual information queries may be answered via email. Please remember staff will not complete your research assignment for you, but will help you interpret your question and suggest resources for you to use such as: books; Internet resources; online databases and CD ROMs.
All queries are treated as confidential.
Some queries may require printing costs and in such cases staff will provide a quote before proceeding with printing.
We will respond to your questions via email or phone so please provide appropriate contact details. Items, such as books and printouts will be left for you to pick up at the holds shelf in the Library. This service does not include faxing or posting material out to patrons.
