Possums

All possums in South Australia are a protected species. It is illegal to handle or interfere with any native animal, including possums, without a permit. If you are having difficulties with possums that are in your roof, we suggest you obtain a permit from the Department of Environment and Heritage for their capture and release. Once you have a permit, you may hire a possum cage free of charge for a 14 day period.  A $30 deposit is payable.
