Cr Tammie Sinclair reinstated as an elected member

Cr Tammie Sinclair has been reinstated as an elected member for the City of Tea Tree Gully as ward councillor for Pedare Ward.

The South Australian Parliament has passed legislation to pave the way for elected members to be reappointed to councils after they were removed from their elected office last month for not submitting information about their election donations.

This has now been gazetted, which means that all elected members impacted have been reinstated effective immediately.

Pedare Ward covers Greenwith and part of Golden Grove.
