Drop in for fun times at redeveloped skate bowl at Bentley Reserve

Published on 06 January 2022

Visit our newly upgraded skate bowl at Bentley Reserve, Holden Hill, for high-octane, energy-burning action.

The $550,000 upgrade of the snake-style skate bowl was completed in late 2021.

It’s already proving popular with members of the local skating community.

“It’s amazing! I loved it. I’d like to go back soon,” said 13-year-old Isabelle following her first session there shortly after it reopened.

Suitable for in-line skating, scooters, skateboards and BMX, the skate bowl caters for all levels and abilities.

Skate bowl users also have access to a new water fountain, installed through the SA Water Bring Your Own Bottle drinking fountain program.

New park furniture, shelters, tree planting and landscaping completed our upgrade.

Bentley Reserve also has outdoor exercise equipment, a fenced dog park, a basketball and tennis court, a playground, toilets and barbecues.
