Leash up for dogs sake
Published on 15 November 2022
Leashing your dog can save you, your dog and others a lot of pain.
Any dog can bite if it’s frightened, anxious or feels threatened.
When your dog is on a leash, you have a better chance of controlling it and avoiding what could become a distressing or tragic situation.
Dogs must be on a leash in the City of Tea Tree Gully when on streets, footpaths, reserves with playgrounds, flora and fauna reserves, wetland areas, Dry Creek and Linear Park – except where signs indicate otherwise.
