Our Sister City Asakuchi

The sister city agreement between the City of Tea Tree Gully and the City of Asakuchi in Okayama prefecture Japan, was signed on 22 October 1997, in the interest of deepening friendship and mutual understanding between our two countries.

Each year in July we welcome a formal delegation from Asakuchi, with the two cities celebrating 20 years of friendship in 2017.
