The Urban Design Advisory Service is a free service available to developers, investors and property owners. It is designed to:

  • assist investors in achieving the best design, planning and development outcomes
  • identify issues and solve problems early in order to minimise or avoid costly amendments
  • streamline the formal development assessment process.
