An invigorated plan for an invigorated suburb
Amended in September 2015, the Tea Tree Gully Council Development Plan incorporates new zones, policy areas and development guidelines for the Modbury Precinct.
The aim of the update is to encourage new and diverse residential housing in the Modbury Precinct – especially high-quality, medium- and high-density residential development, mainly in the form of townhouses, group dwellings and apartment buildings.
