South Australia Memory Boxes Art Group

In partnership with the Women's and Children's Hospital Auxiliary Memory Box project group we are seeking artists to join us and assist with decorating memory boxes.

These boxes are offered to mothers who have given birth to a stillborn child. The boxes are assembled by the Tea Tree Gully Community Mens Shed members, then given to us ready to undercoat and decorate. Techniques also include collage.

Bring your favourite brushes, we will supply acrylic paints along with a cosy room and friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Term 1 2023 dates: Wednesday 1 February to 12 April 2023.

Not suitable for beginner artists. Bookings essential.
