The sessions are modified and easy to learn, allowing participants to progress at their own rate and abilities. Adaptable for standing, sitting or lying down.
Suitable for almost any health condition including arthritic conditions, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue, cardiovascular conditions, dementia, osteoporosis and more.
