Waterworld Aquatic Centre is seeking a highly motivated, team orientated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader.
You will manage all aspects of customer service including front of house membership, sales and function enquiries, and a busy café. You will be experienced in setting and monitoring KPIs to ensure your team are efficient, achieve set targets and meet the community's expectations and you will have experience with working with Point of Sale systems.
Your role will also assist with the Duty Management responsibilities of the Centre including pool lifeguarding, pool water quality testing and monitoring and pool plant room activities.
This is a full time, 2 year fixed term position.
