Exhibit at Gallery 1855 during NAIDOC and SALA Festival in 2023

The City of Tea Tree Gully seeks Exhibition Proposals from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists.

Applications are now open for artists wishing to exhibit with us from Saturday 8 July to 9 September 2023.

Key dates

  • Expressions of interest close: 5pm Monday 19 December 2022
  • Notification: Friday 23 December 2022
  • Artwork delivery: Monday 3 July 2023
  • Exhibition opening: Saturday 8 July 2023
  • Exhibition starts: Wednesday 12 July 2023 - Gallery 1855 is open from Wednesday to Saturday, 12 to 5pm
  • Exhibition concludes: Saturday 9 September 2023 

Exhibition details

Located in Adelaide's north east, Gallery 1855 is managed by the City of Tea Tree Gully and is located at 2 Haines Road, Tea Tree Gully. It is located in the historic township of Tea Tree Gully. 

Single artists or groups of artists - up to 10 in the group - can apply.

This is an open exhibition opportunity and the exhibition context, theme and content will be determined by the successful artists in consultation with the City of Tea Tree Gully through Gallery 1855.
