Renewing your loans
Your physical item loans will automatically renew before the due date if no one else has placed a hold on the item/s. When this happens, you'll receive an email on your registered email address to let you know your new due date.
You can confirm your due date by logging in to 'Your Account' via the
online catalogue or the Libraries SA app.
You can also renew items in person, by
email or by phoning
8397 7333 during library opening hours.
Returning your items
You can return your items to the Tea Tree Gully Library 24/7, or to any other public library in South Australia.
Late, lost or damaged items
When items are overdue by 14 days, you will receive a letter or email to remind you to return your items.
For damaged or lost items, you will be required to pay the full cost of the items, a processing fee and any notice fees. Please speak with a library staff member to discuss options for your lost or damaged items.
If your lost items are from another SA library, their conditions of use apply which may include fines.

How to avoid overdue notice fees and fines
The quickest and easiest way to avoid fees is to receive reminders by email. Ask our friendly staff for help. Your checkout receipt or email will also display all due dates.
Of course we’d prefer not to issue charges in the first place, so please remember to return items by their due date.
