Where do I park to pick up and do I have to get out of my car?
You will see a designated ‘Click & Collect’ zone next to the external returns chutes. Please park in the loading zone in front of the signs. If all car parking spaces are full, please find a park nearby and turn on your hazard lights so our staff can find you.
You do not have to exit your vehicle – we can hand the books to you through the window or place them in your open boot or back seat.
How can I find Click & Collect in my app?
Log into your LibrariesSA app and navigate to the ‘Holds’ page. If you have holds available to pick up and our Click & Collect service is available, you’ll see a button that says ‘Click & Collect’. Click on this button and follow the prompts to pick up your books.
I can’t see the Click & Collect option in my app.
Click & Collect may not be available at this time or we may have too many people in the queue.
Please try again later or call the library on 8397 7333 if it is during the Click & Collect open hours and you can’t see this option.
Can I use Click & Collect if I have bills or my card has expired?
You can request a Click & Collect service when you have bills or your card is expired, however, if your bills exceed $30, we will ask you to pay your bills online or in the library prior to delivering your items to your car.
If your card has expired, we ask you to please update your details during your next visit to the library.
