Are you over 50 and looking to improve your strength, fitness and mobility? See the range of modified fitness programs hosted by the City of Tea Tree Gully that are tailored to suit over 50's below. 

Strength for Life - Hosted at Turramurra Recreation Centre and Golden Grove Recreation Centre, Strength for Life boasts around 40 classes per week, Monday through to Saturday, predominantly located at Turramurra Recreation Centre. This innovative program uses weight training equipment to build strength, flexibility and balance and is hosted by a qualified instructor.

Modfit - This modified fitness program is great for those who have existing health conditions or are new to regular exercise. It's a fun, supervised low to moderate intensity workout.  

Waterworld - Aged and veteran pensioners have free access to Waterworld on Monday to Friday from 6am until 3pm, and until 9am on Saturdays, during the open season - October to April.

Heart Foundation Walking - Join one of our many local Heart Foundation Walking groups for a fun and social way to improve health and wellbeing.

Council's community centres also have a range of low-impact fitness programs, such as yoga and pilates, and social events.
