Aged, carer and disability services

If you are aged 65 years or older (50 years or older for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders) you will need to be registered with My Aged Care in order to receive services provided by the Active Ageing team. Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or www.myagedcare.gov.au to discuss eligibility. Once registered, the Active Ageing team will contact you.
