The Tea Tree Gully Dementia Advisory Service provides information and advocacy support to people living with dementia, along with family and carers. More information can also be offered to

  • promote local awareness of dementia
  • provide information, education and support
  • link people to assessment and support services

Bookings can be made by appointment only, home assessment can also be arranged. Call 8397 7444 to book.
