Minor home maintenance

Minor home maintenance can include the installation of key safes, magnetic door catches, security locks (client to purchase the locks themselves)

Some tasks may not require any materials - for example re-swinging a toilet door so it opens outwards instead of inwards. We can usually determine if we are able to assist with your request over the phone.

• A worker will attend your home at the agreed time to undertake minor modifications

• Some modifications may not be able to be carried out on a home you do not own - for example rental properties, or the owner may perform - for example housing trust

Cost

Labour cost = $15 per hour
Materials cost = 100% of material costs (or supply your own materials at your own cost)

Supported by Commonwealth and State funding. You will need to register with My Aged Care initially and then once done you can call us directly anytime to arrange.

When

Work is arranged between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
