Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practised on a chair or standing using a chair for support, especially for over 65s.

Participants learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of relaxation.

Held each Tuesday and Thursday
Cost: $5 per session
