This unique program offers an opportunity for independent and mobile people to enhance their health and wellbeing through a variety of active ageing activities.

We provide ongoing support to exercise safely and keep you motivated, as well as wellness workshops, healthy cooking tips and much more. The aim is to assist participants to improve their quality of life in an age appropriate, non-intimidating and fun social setting.
