With a body/mind integrative approach, Pilates is beneficial for all ages including over 65s. Join our instructor for a basic Pilates class in a small social setting. We end each session with a relaxing meditation.
All participants must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted. No previous Pilates experience required.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, small pillow and drink.
