The City of Tea Tree Gully is committed to supporting local businesses through the Small Business Advisory Service. 

Whether you’re thinking of starting a business, looking to grow your business or hire a local space, we're here to help.

  • We have a range of qualified and experienced business advisors who can guide you to make the best, next decisions for your business.
     
  • City of Tea Tree Gully residents have access to up to three free one-hour sessions per financial year with our business advisors. 
     
  • Businesses can also register for the Funding Finder - Grant database to seek and apply for relevant local, state and national grants. 
     
  • Subscribe to our business enewsletter to be informed of our latest workshops and networking events for businesses.

Adrian Belperio - Adcreda Accounting

Adrian is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) as well as Bachelor of Laws for the University of Adelaide and a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. 

Adrian specialises in advising small to medium size business with business and taxation advice. He has worked with various businesses from ASX listed companies through to small start-ups with a focus on helping businesses with their structure, growth, planning and operational requirements and can advise on: 

  • Developing a business strategy/plan & assist with monitoring the plan
  • Business coaching and business planning
  • Cash flow and budgeting management and forecasting
  • Business structure advice
  • Operational aspects of business (inventory, staffing etc)
  • Taxation, employee obligations (e.g. super, payroll tax)
  • Support for NDIS Businesses registered with the NDIA.

 

 

Fiona Blinco - DIY Digital

Fiona has a Graduate Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration.

She has worked in national marketing roles for the Medic Alert Foundation, Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society and Multiple Sclerosis and is the author of the book "Online Marketing for Baby Boomers (and anyone else who doesn't speak geek)". 

She has a passion for the Shop Local movement and regularly presents seminars and workshops.

She has worked with numerous small businesses in Adelaide and can advise on:
