The City of Tea Tree Gully event sponsorship program seeks to attract events to the Council area and provides financial and in-kind support to successful applicants. Events supported by the Event sponsorship program should have a direct and positive impact on the City, the community and businesses operating within the council area by:
- Increasing activity and tourism in the City
- Raising the profile of the City as a destination for business, entertainment and recreation.
As applications are received an evaluation panel will meet to consider the event sponsorship application. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for the assessment to be conducted.
In order to apply for event sponsorship, please complete the below expression of interest form and our events team will be in contact to discuss your event.
Locations in the Council area where you may wish to host your event include Civic Park, Golden Grove Recreation Centre and Gallery 1855.

Many community and cultural groups have received funding for their events via the event sponsorship program including:

- Jubilee Way parkrun
- Bay to Birdwood
- Newroz Festival
- Historic Car and Motorcycle Show
- Gully Arts Show
