Accessing this website

Users of the City of Tea Tree Gully Council (the Council) website (the Website), must adhere to and comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms). By using the Website, you are taken to agree to these Terms.

Language translation

The language translation tool located on the Website utilises Google Translate. This is an external service that Council has no control over, in particular, the quality or accuracy of the translated content.

Council urges users to be aware that Google Translate may cause unexpected changes to the appearance of translated pages.

Security

Whilst Council strives to protect data transmitted on the Website, it cannot ensure the security of any information which a user transmits to it. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to the Council is transmitted at your own risk.

Users of the Website assume full responsibility for the protection of their computer system, including hardware, software and stored data.

Council makes no representations as to the security of the Website, or the security, quality or propriety of any website which may be referenced on or accessed through the Website.

Privacy

Council will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure your privacy is protected and user information is kept confidential. Council’s Privacy Policy(PDF, 444KB)  applies to user information.

Availability of Website

Council will do all it reasonably can to ensure the availability of the Website and that transmissions are error free. However, it is not technically possible for Council to always provide a completely fault free service. Accordingly, Council does not provide any guarantees as to the quality or reliability of access to the Website.
