Open Spaces -
- Open spaces should be designed with flexibility in mind, allowing for future modifications or additions based on the evolving needs of the community.
- Open spaces will provide provisions for structured and unstructured play in accordance with Council’s Playground Guide and in alignment with the relevant Open Space Service Standards.
- Consider strategically placed car parks and disability spaces along with connections to clearly defined pathways with no obstructions for easy connection to open spaces.
