Investigate opportunities to activate the Township through the arts.
Public art should be considered at the concept stages of any projects and should not be seen as an after thought.
By integrating art that is sensitive to the context and history of the area, public art can enhance the heritage experience, foster engagement and ensure that the township continues to evolve in meaningful and dynamic ways.
Artists need to be involved with the master plan process to identify opportunities / locations, as well as understanding why and what is of significance.
