- Boulevard street tree planting that responds to the scale of the road and provides shade and legibility to the public realm.
- Provide varied seating options, including benches with backrests, armrests and spaces for individuals who may require wheelchairs.
- Grouping benches together can encourage social interactions.
- Preserving the village character.
- Taking care adjacent identified heritage places, particularly stone walls to buildings and remnant retaining walls or bluestone kerbing is adequately preserved and maintained.
