Our team can establish your event’s ticketing page and manage sales on your behalf, ensuring a smooth and accessible experience for event attendees.
Once we receive your request for ticketing, a staff member will contact you to finalise your setup.

We understand the importance of accessible and well‑managed ticketing for your event. By using our ticketing service, you can focus on delivering a great event while we take care of the administration and sales.
Our team will create a dedicated ticketing page on the Council website, manage all transactions via phone/online/in person, and provide support throughout the process.
- Custom ticketing page hosted on the CTTG Council website.
- Full management of ticket sales and transaction processing - including refunds/cancellations.
- Automatic ticketing sales reports set up.
- Customised floor plan and reserved seating management.
- Support from Council staff throughout your event promotion.
- Promotion on Golden Grove Recreation and Arts Centre Digital Screens.
- Simple online access for community members to purchase tickets.
- Promotional and discount codes set up for your event.
- Ticketing tiers set up for your event - ie student, family tickets.
The following fees apply for the ticketing service:
- $200 administration setup fee
- $1.00 per ticket sold
- $3.50 processing and handling fee per transaction.
These fees support the delivery, maintenance and administration of the ticketing platform.
A settlement statement will be provided after your hire/event.
