Panel contracts
Council establishes panel contracts through open market tender processes advertised through the SA Tenders and Contract website. Interested suppliers are encouraged to register their businesses with SA Tenders and Contracts to receive tender updates.
Council also accesses panels established by:

Services from panel members are generally obtained through tendered schedule of rates and quotations via VendorPanel
Quotes from VendorPanel Marketplace and the open market
Quotations are generally sourced for goods, services or works where there is no established contract or panel to purchase from.
At the City of Tea Tree Gully Council, we procure many of our goods and services via an e-procurement system called VendorPanel Marketplace.
This online tool allows Council staff to search lists of registered businesses and request quotes for specific goods and services. Council encourages businesses to register their business details on VendorPanel Marketplace.
