Balmoral Ward update

Thank you to everyone who attended our recent Neighbourhood Chat at Bentley Reserve.

Along with strong positive feedback on recent improvements to the area, a wide range of issues and opportunities for improvement was raised.

We are now working closely with Council staff to ensure that suggestions raised during the chat are implemented.

We would also like to thank the Men’s Shed for cooking a barbecue breakfast for all involved.

Holden Hill residents, who would like to know what upgrades are planned for their area, can check Holden Hill Neighbourhood Plan on Council’s website.

Many residents have contacted us requesting an upgrade to Whinnen Reserve playground at St Agnes to replace its ageing equipment.

We are very pleased that the $480,000 upgrade is about to be completed.

In the coming months, we will be holding more chats and street corner meetings around our ward.
