- The Home Compost Rebate Program includes only the discounted items listed for purchase through Compost Revolution via the City of Tea Tree Gully's Compost Revolution website.
- The Home Compost Rebate Program is limited to City of Tea Tree Gully households only.
- To be eligible for the Home Compost Rebate Program, the applicant must reside in the City of Tea Tree Gully.
- Applicants are entitled to make one (1) application per household every three (3) years.
- Optional extras and alternate products are available to City of Tea Tree Gully residents purchasing online through Compost Revolution. These products are an additional cost and not eligible for free shipping.
- Council holds no responsibility for following up missing or incomplete information provided by the applicant.
- Council holds the right to reject any application for any reason it deems appropriate, including but not limited to where there is proof or suspicion that the applicant may derive commercial benefit from the rebate.
- By applying, the applicant declares that the information provided is true and correct.
- Council makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any system or compost equipment purchased through Compost Revolution as part of the Home Compost Rebate Program. To the extent permitted by law, Council is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) in connection with the Home Compost Rebate Program.
- The Home Compost Rebate Program may be paused or discontinued, either in part or in full, at any time and without notice, should the budget allocation be exhausted or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Council.
