Council meets every second and fourth Tuesday at 7pm in the Civic Centre. Meetings are usually open to the public unless stated otherwise. Watch Council meetings live online

Previous agendas and minutes can be requested. Hard copies of all documents are available from the Council (fees may apply).

How to speak at a meeting

Council wants to be clear and open with the Community. People can share their thoughts during the Public Forum and Deputation sessions about Council matters. Public Forum discussions should focus on policies, strategic matters, or current Committee topics. For deputation and public forum guidelines, check Committee meeting info.

• To speak at the meeting, fill out the online form.
• For operational issues, contact customer service during business hours.

Elected Members can also be contacted to represent you on matters that relate to your community or that you would like considered by Council.

How to navigate meeting documents

• Select a meeting date to open the interactive agenda once it has been published.
• Click on an agenda item to view the associated report.
  • Some agenda items do not have a report. In this case, the message will read: 'No content available. Please select another item.'
• The bookmarks icon automatically opens when you view a report.
  • You can easily navigate between the report, attachments and minutes associated with that item.
  • Select the bookmarks icon to open or close the panel.
• A PDF of the full agenda and minutes is still available to view or download in Files.
