Notice of temporary road closure

Notice is hereby given that Capulet Crescent, Modbury (adjacent to 85 Capulet Crescent) will be temporarily closed to traffic from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday 24 October 2026 for the Lurra Community Children's Centre 40th Birthday Event.

The closure has been approved pursuant to Section 33 of the Road Traffic Act 1961.

Motorists are requested to observe all traffic management measures in place.

Persons taking part in the event on the above roads are exempted from all Australian Road Rules relating to pedestrian behaviour on roads. Traffic Controllers will be in attendance to monitor the closure and provide access for emergency services in case of an emergency.
