JP services are by appointment only - bookings below

Times are dependent on volunteer JP availability and exclude public holidays. 

Bookings required - bookings are 10 minutes

• 1 booking for up to 15 single-sided documents
• 2 consecutive bookings for more than 15 single-sided documents
• 2 consecutive bookings for every Advance Care Directive.

What you need to bring

• Photographic ID
• Relevant paperwork including all photocopies
• Advance Care Directives must be whole, including information sheets.

Our JPs do not sign

• Wills - more information on signing wills
• Any document that requires a JP to retain copies eg Land title documents from Queensland - these can be witnessed at the Attorney General's Department in Grenfell St Adelaide
• Documents that require the witness to have known them for over 12 months - eg immigration documents.
