Parkrun is a free, timed 5km run, jog or walk every Saturday morning starting at 8am.

We encourage people of all abilities to take part. Dogs and running prams are welcome.

Participants are encouraged to register before their first parkrun and bring along a copy of their registration barcode each week to receive access to their statistics and PB’s.
