The Community Learning Centre has several meeting rooms available for hire during Library opening hours

Hire information

Ongoing hire - Submit an online enquiry form with your requirements and we'll contact you to discuss availability and costs. Visit SpacetoCo for further venue information and photos.

• Large meeting room
  Capacity up to 42 people seated theatre style or 25 people classroom style.
  6 trestles, 3 card tables, 50 chairs.
• Half-size room: LG1 or LG2
  Capacity up to 15 people seated theatre style or 12 people classroom style.

Facilities

Each room has WiFi and PC access, a data projector, large rectangular tables, chairs and a whiteboard.

All hirers can access the kitchenette, which includes:

• hot water for tea and coffee
• microwave
• bar refrigerator
• limited mugs and teaspoons.

Please bring your own coffee, tea and milk. There is a café adjacent to the Library for other needs.

Library focus space

This space has a capacity of 2 people and is ideal for small meetings, focused study, online meetings or interviews.
