• Bus shelters which carry advertising are not owned by Council and these are the responsibility of Adshel (a private company). Contact the free call 24 hour hotline for Adshel on 1800 501 402 to report any damage.

Requests for removals and relocations of bus shelters are assessed by our staff who liaise with relevant service authorities as required. A number of factors are taken into consideration including potential personal safety issues - eg lighting requirements, proximity of adjacent structures, bushes, landscaping.
